The Role

We’re hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to increase awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate deals by nurturing and managing media, membership, and influencer channels. You’ll take over 10+ existing relationships while building a repeatable playbook to scale partner marketing. Our target industries are relationship-driven, and initial experiments indicate that channels can deliver scalable word-of-mouth about our unique solutions.

This role is remote, within US Eastern or Central time zones.

What you'll own

  • Channel and referral partnerships. Build relationships and formal partnerships with event organizers, industry associations, media partners, influencers, and referral partners across our commercial real estate, financial services, executive search, and professional services.

  • Co-marketing campaigns. Develop and launch joint initiatives that generate pipeline from partners, such as webinars, events, and co-branded content.

  • Events management. Decide which industry conferences Ren shows up to, manage sponsorships and on-site execution, and run our own hosted dinners and roundtables for clients, prospects, and partners.

  • Account-based marketing. Support account-based marketing initiatives and “warm” outbound to prospects that attended or participate in partner events and organizations.

What we're looking for

  • 3-4 years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with partner marketing and/or event and field marketing experience

  • A bias toward shipping. You'd rather run five scrappy experiments this quarter than one perfect campaign next quarter

  • Strong communicator, organized operator, comfortable owning projects end-to-end without a manager checking in

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and with leadership teams who will often be involved with in-person events

Compensation

  • Base: $80–$120K depending on experience

  • Early-stage equity

  • Medical, dental, vision; 401(k) matching; flexible PTO

  • Home office stipend

  • Remote-first
